Here’s the Cover and Whole Chapter Listing for My Upcoming Book

If all goes well, Untwisting Scriptures Book 4 will be available on August 8th, 2022.

The full title of the series has changed. Previously, the full title of my Untwisting Scriptures books was Untwisting Scriptures that were used to tie you up, gag you, and tangle your mind.

For this book, the title is Untwisting Scriptures to Find Freedom and Joy in Jesus Christ.

I’m doing the same work as always, but I was ready for the title to be more upbeat and hopeful, and the photo too. So here’s the cover!

I love the gold, and I love how she’s looking up and about to step out of those loose ropes.

Stephanie, the photographer and model who is also an abuse survivor, said, “Looking at this photo last night, I realized that it really does depict where I’m at spiritually now – past the pain and on to loving Scripture and delighting in Christ.”

Isn’t that great? I love that! There are some yucky teachings to untwist, but there is also great hope to be found in our Lord and Savior.

For the first time, I think I’m going to have the audiobook ready pretty close to the same time as the print book. I’ll let you know more about that when the time comes.

As before, I’m grateful to my faithful volunteer readers (from among my website subscribers) who have given me wonderfully helpful feedback and even in some cases have contributed to the book. Thank you!

As promised, here are all the chapters of this newest book in the Untwisting Scriptures series.

As a volunteer reader I can’t give enough praise to God for this book, for your ministry here, Rebecca, and through the Untwisting Scriptures series. I must say that Book 4 just nails it! I’ve been set free from the deceitful practice of “focusing on how sinful I am”—that hyper self-examination that constantly binds me to chronic ideas that I am just a sinner and a wretch with a desperately wicked heart, all to make/keep me “humble”. No more! I am a child of God, not a wretched sinner. I have been given a new heart. God loves me. And that’s that. For so long I was wasting away, becoming more and more defeated under passive-aggressive legalism and condemnation posing itself as sanctification—and didn’t even know it!—but the truth has set me free! And God has used you to help me see and know true Freedom and Joy in Jesus Christ! Thank You, Rebecca. God bless you abundantly!

I love the name and cover change!

Thank you for writing these books and exposing the lies and errors so many of us were taught. The truth really does set us free. Thank You, God!

I can’t wait to read more of these books!! So healing…as more of the corrupt teachings are exposed.. I just wonder how in the world did the church become so indoctrinated to them… praise God for tasting the Living Water. ❤️

I hope soon make 4th new book. I can’t have audio because I’m deaf. I grew up deaf. I can read. I was former independent baptist pastor in Canada. I left because I understand it is legalism and I can say it is cult too. I have your one book (I think number 3) in my kindle. It was free download.
Thank you
